Using Affirmations Daily
If you are looking for an easy way to add in some daily positive thinking then affirmations are for you. They can be added into every day, are super simple to use and you can get as creative as you want to.
7 Ways To Add In Daily Affirmations
Firstly you need to choose affirmations that resonate with you.

You can mix these up, using different styles and designs for what suits you that day.
- Print out the daily affirmations.
- Cut the affirmations out and choose just ONE for that day.
- Say the affirmation out loud, Yes, you really need to do this. There is extra magic is saying words out loud.
- Repeat the affirmation throughout the day. You can do this in your head. Pick times when you can easily add it in, when you are walking the dog, doing the washing up, or putting out the washing. These little moments are perfect to just repeat the words.
- Write it down. Write the Affirmation in your diary, your journal or the wipe board.
- Decorate it. If you are a feeling creative, why not decorate the words you have written down, or the printable that you have stuck into your journal. Get out the pencils or pens and let your creativity flow. This becomes a mindful activity all of its own.
- REPEAT DAILY
